Key Highlights & Facilities

J.P. College, Narayanpur has been continuously developing its physical infrastructure to provide a conducive learning environment for students and staff. The college has approximately 20 acres of land with both old and new buildings.

The college is located between the National Highway in the East and Narayanpur Railway Station in the South. The old building houses a few classrooms and Science laboratories. The new building is well equipped with Lecture Theatres, Conference Hall, Library, IQAC Cell and a Principal Chamber.

Development Committee, Advisory Committee, Building Committee and Purchase Committee have been established to oversee infrastructure creation and enhancement. The college regularly sends proposals to the Government of Bihar, UGC and RUSA for funds for infrastructure development.

The campus has a Teachers Hall for faculty members along with separate Boys and Girls Common Rooms for student recreation. A Conference Hall, IQAC Cell and the Principal Chamber are housed in the new building.

Public representatives including the local MLA and MP have been requested to provide funds for college infrastructure development. The college is also in communication with SBI regional office for an extension counter and with Head Post Office for a branch in the college campus.
