Jai Prakash College, Narayanpur was established in 1952 and is a prestigious constituent unit of Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University (TMBU). It was inaugurated with the vision of providing quality higher education to the rural and semi-urban population of the Bhagalpur district. Initially starting with a few disciplines in Arts, it has expanded to encompass comprehensive Science and Humanities programs.
